Therapy for the One Everyone Counts On |
You're the person people call when things get hard. You show up, you handle it, and you make it look easy. From the outside, your life probably does look fine — maybe even good.
But you're tired in a way that's hard to explain, even to yourself. There's something you want more of — more clarity, more real connection, more of a sense that your life actually fits you — but you can't quite name what's missing, let alone how to get there. You've thought about it. You've tried things. Nothing has quite landed. You're not falling apart. You're not in crisis. But the ways you've always managed are starting to feel like they cost too much. Maybe you recognize some of this: ● You overthink decisions that feel like they shouldn't be this hard. ● You're competent, but confidence feels shakier than it looks. ● You feel things more than you let on, and you're not always sure where to put it. ● Your relationships feel a little off. Not broken, just not quite what you want. ● You know you want something different, but you don't know what to reach for. Therapy gives you space to slow down and actually look at what's happening. Not to fix what's broken, but to understand yourself more clearly and start moving in a direction that actually makes sense for you. My approach goes beneath the surface, but it's also practical. I'm not interested in insight for its own sake. I want you to feel different. For some of my clients, that work happens one-on-one. For others, it also happens in a therapy group, where the patterns you're describing here show up in real time with other people who can reflect them back to you in a way individual sessions can't. I’m Molly. I work with people who work hard, feel deeply, and can’t seem to get their life to feel right. They’re anxious and sad but still performing in all the areas they need to. I work in person only. It's a choice I've made deliberately. Something about being in the room together creates a quality of attention that can't be replicated over a screen.
